I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband that were listed as size 11-12 and when I received them they weren't even size 10. Frankly this is fraud. Wrote and explained the problem with a request to return and have NOT received any response. Goodwill better realize they are still subject to Federal and State interstate commerce laws governing retail sales. If I don't receive a response I am going to file a claim with the I C dept. They take fraud seriously.

I have to give it to this goodwill location. Lately, the last few times I've visited this location, I am always met with very friendly staff always offering to help. Other locations in Miami have somewhat rude or dry employees. Along with their friendly service, the store is always well maintained and organized.

Had a great experience shopping and dropping off donations! The drop off process for goods was really smooth. I walked through the front of the store and they told me to go all the way to the back to drop off my boxes. There was a team there ready to take my donations within seconds. Shopping was also great at this Goodwill. They are considered a "superstore" due to their size, which means you'll find a lot more items than at other Goodwills. The store was clean and perfectly organized. Customer service was awesome -- my cashier was super sweet. I recommend this location.

Super rude staff. I came in to donate and ask about an item that Id seen the person in front of me donate. I was interested in buying the item but rather than ask the person to give it to me (instead of donating it) I decided to ask the goodwill employee to sell the item to me. After all, I was there to make one of many donations and have the means to afford to pay for the item. The "manager" was super rude and refused to put a price on it to sell it to me. She said that she has to process everything crammed into an enormous room meaning it could be months before this item was "processed" judging by the amount of stuff. Her suggestion was that I come into that goodwill twice a day everyday until it was possibly put on sale. I told her that I take care of my elderly father and didn't have the time to come in daily to see if it was put on sale but she shrugged and walked away from me. Please keep in mind I was not asking for a discounted price or any special price I was simply asking that she price it, however she sees fit, and I would pay it. This was just a case of someone AT A GOODWILL STORE refusing to help. If you ask me, she either had her eye on the item, was flat out lazy or just didn't like my face either way its a crummy way to run a business and I hope someone higher up on the totem pole sees this and she is dealt with accordingly. She is supposedly the processing manager in charge of pricing items in the back of the store. I understand that there is a "process" in which these things must be done but there is also a way to speak to customers and hers was RUDE. NEVER going back to this goodwill again. I'm going to donate to a church or directly to a homeless person from now on. You can thank her for that.
