DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A WOMAN!!! My car’s first visit was good, I have a Tesla model 3 and had 4 new tires put on and balanced with no issues a couple months ago. My boyfriend took my car that time and had no issues. I just stopped by today (just me no man) and I was quoted $40 for a simple patch for a nail! I was told my car not only has special tires but also special rims because it’s a Tesla. That’s a lie! My car, although a Tesla, doesn’t have special run flats like they come stock, I removed them because they weigh the car down. My rims have absolutely nothing special about it, pretty standard 20” rims. I refuse to be taken for a fool so I definitely let them know that they were wrong. Then they refused me service because suddenly my tire was too weak to patch, a 2 month old tire! There’s a tire shop not even a block away that not only charged me less but didn’t make assumptions nor did they pretend my car was somehow special. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A WOMAN! I suspect they tried to talk me in circles about my “special rims and tires” because I’m a woman. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I only gave 2 stars and not less because the first visit was flawless.

I have been going here for 18 years. I have never had a faulty used tire from them. Staff is always polite and get the job done quickly.

I went to get my tires changed. Asked for some good used tires and was charged $50 a pop. I drove the car for 4 weeks and the tires are on threads. I went. Sick to let them know and they blamed it on bad alignment... my car is perfectly aligned. They refused to exchange the tires or give me part of my money back. I was very disappointed because I went to them a lot before and their prices were always fair. This time it was really high and not worth it. Good luck for you.

New owner , bad customer service , i used to go always to this place before , and they had lower prices , now with the new owner there is only high prices . Rude owner that doesnt know anything about business or how to treat customers the right way , very disrespectful . Stay away from this place.

I have always liked the attention from the owners. Lost a ☆ in my book. Today was a bit dissapointed with the employee pushing to change ONE tire; not because I am a woman I am going to fall under pressure.

If Global Auto Tires can make me happy. I’m sure they can make you happy too . The guys there. went above & beyond first with my wife’s car & then with My car . 2 sets of tires .
