Poorly handled drop, 1 per person would’ve left enough for everyone. They decided to do 2 per person leaving almost everyone waiting in line for hours without the opportunity to buy anything at all.

Don't remember the guy's name, but he was great. The nicest GameStop employee ever. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Name may have started with a G... He had dark hair, and I think a purple shirt. We gotta go back and find this man to confirm his identity to ensure he receives monetary compensation for his efforts 👍

I have nothing but great experiences here at the GameStop and the one in south land mall. Never have I had a bad experience or anyone not acknowledge me when I walk in no matter how pack they seem to be. I wish all stores had this kind of service. There is this two guys who work there Mario and Damian I call D. I’ve dealt with mario in both stores so I will be leaving a review on both stores here after this one. They really really try to help any way they can and give you honest opinion. I’ve been shopping both locations for years. And again I thought it was time they get their review taht they all deserve. Thank you Mario and everyone else I’ve gotten help from at both locations

the customer service has decline a lot they no longer call you when you have a pre-order and when you call they never answer the phone, i have been a regular at that store for more than 10 years and spend a lot of money there so i expect the best service not mediocre service i have been experiencing. i will be canceling all my preorders and they will never se another dollar from me

Customer service is fine but they are Never open on time. I planned my errands around this and waited around for them to show up an hour and 30 minutes late. Change the hours or stop wasting people's time.
