I would not recommend anyone to do their taxes here. The receptionist is very unprofessional and does not care to assist customers. They have made a mistake with my taxes and I have it to be reimbursed it’s been 2 months. I can’t get in contact with anyone from the office. This is very unprofessional it’s like they are stealing from clients.

Very unimpressed with the customer service with my situation. I called to make an appointment to assist with business taxes, I spoke to a women by the name of Catalina who seemed very nice and helpful and reassured me that she could be of assistance, great! Now all I have to do is submit all of my documents via email right? Which is exactly what I did and she completely blew me off! I emailed and tried calling and was simply ignored. Very poor experience and would not recommend putting your trust into this company.

Front desk receptionist is horrible they do not answer the phone or respond to you promptly. Is this a actual business? Also I've done my taxes and I see extra charges taken out of my refund. This is very frustrating. I do not recommend. The lack of professionalism.

The guy Carlos is very unprofessional and rude went there Once would never go there ever again do not recommend this place bad neighborhood also DO NOT RECCOMEND VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THERES MANY OTHER PLACES WHERE YOU CAN GO TO DO YOUR TAXES STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Amazing, quick service. Stephane was beyond helpful and competent. He definitely is in expert and leaves you feeling relieved. Gave me all the information and guidance I needed. First time filing my taxes and now I know exactly where and who to go to. Thank you so much! Superb service!

Had an appointment at 1:00 on a Saturday. At 2:00 we were still waiting. My husband and I decided to leave and try again another day. Our next appointment was scheduled for a Monday at 6:00. They told us they were going to call to confirm but they never did. Terrible organization of appointments. Changing my name at the DMV was easier than going to this place.

I usually do my own taxes, but I was a first time home buyer and had penalties that I could not figure out on my own. Carlos and his team not only helped my son and I with our 2018 taxes, but they helped amend my prior year tax returns. I was grateful for the ability to do everything electronically; it is difficult for me to make it in and that was not an issue thanks to the technology that Cutler Bay Tax Service has adopted.
