Best jewelry repair place in Miami. My wife has a lot of jewelry and she is very active so she breaks a lot of jewelry. The owner is so knowledgeable about repairs we prefer Cutler Bay Jewelry to Tiffany's, even for repairs on Tiffany jewelry. We recently had a bracelet resized and the owner took the time to make sure the diamond would be centered after the repair. They also returned the silver removed. In Miami this doesn't usually happen. If you want honest, expert help and advise on jewelry in a great small business setting this is the place to go.

The owner is so nice and communicative! They’re honest, friendly, and very welcoming. I’d come here again for any jewelry repair needs I have, the service was quick and I was always informed if there was a problem. I prefer to support small businesses so I’d definitely visit again!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them on several occasions and only have good things to say. They were able to find a solar cell for my citizen watch and installed it for me. Their watch smith resized my tag heuer watch for me. Laura was very helpful in helping me find the perfect Christmas gift for my wife and the perfect chain for myself. They have me as a customer for life.

Happy to leave 5 stars here. Cutler Bay Jewelers is a breath of fresh air. The staff, Laura, is especially gifted as a genuinely kind and professional person. The prices are by far the best I've found. I went in for a new watch battery but came back the next day with two more watches and a repair on a sentimental ring. Very fair price again but more important to me, someone understood the value of a sentimental piece. I tried to have this same ring repaired at another place and was told "it's just not worth it." That really did a number on me. NEWS FLASH. Sentimental IS WORTH IT. They have a great selection of pieces that has to be seen to be believed. If you have someone hard to buy for, check this place out.Update:. Apologies as the picture doesn't do it justice but I had show you. I am over the moon with their work on my ring. 5 stars. Thanks so much.

I'm passionate about antique jewelry and not many jewelers will work on them. I brought 2 of my rings on separate occasions for resizing and repair. Both times, the work was done sooner than expected. The pricing is always reasonable. My rings come back beautiful. I feel lucky to have such a talented and trustworthy place to bring my jewelry.

Laura is the best. She takes the time to search multiple vendors and resources to find the absolute best product for a great value. We've since moved from Cutler Bay to Palm Beach and we still use her for our major jewelry purchases! We definitely recommend her!

I asked them if they could tell me if my one (1) carot deep blue sapphire was indeed sapphire, or if it was tanzanite, as someone had recently suggested while admiring the ring on my finger that originally belonged to my grandmother. They took it in a back room and brought it back without an answer. When I got outside I noticed the stone had been switched with a lighter blue stone.

Cutler Bay jewelry has an outstanding staff! They do not look at you like a number, instead genuinely have your best interest in mind. Fair priced and pablo's craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb my Armani watch came out magnificent crystal screen and all.
