I’ve been a loyal customer of Cutler Bay Animal Clinic for years, and they never fail to impress. The facility is always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. The vets are thorough and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

20+ 1 star reviews just in the last year and i can see why. please PLEASE please read these reviews before you think about bringing in your pet into this vet .
my first visit : I brought in a sick kitten took her in and the vet said he would try to help me but the kitten might not make it . I agreed to the 550 dollar fee and the kitten died within 3 hours being at the vet . I was then told they would cover the cremation and call me back to pick up the ashes. fast forward when im there during my 2nd visit i was told the cremation wasnt a "personal cremation" EVEN tho i was told i was going to get a call back to pick up the ashes and the ashes are gone and no way for me retrieving them.even tho i was told i would receive the ashes back WHO WOULD ASSUME THE PET OWNERS WOULD NOT WANT THE ASHES????
SECOND visit : brought in my dog who had some patches of hair falling out and scabbing . they quoted me 1650.00 dollars for run a series of tests because they couldnt be for certain what was the issue . I told them that price was to high and they brought me another quote for 700 dollars to fix up my dog .Its very clear that either the vet does not have enough experience to diagnose OR this clinic is trying to make as much money as possible running 20+ tests or possibly both after reading other reviews .
I just left another local vets office and explained the situation i was going through at the cutler bay animal clinic (clinic im writing review on) and they chuckled almost as in its very common they hear about the same issues coming from this vet .they fixed my dog and gave me all the medications needed for $340.00 not even close to the 1650 that cutler bay animal clinic wanted to charge me. Please take your pet to a real vet with real experience.

This clinic is simply the best. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The vet explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. Our cat received excellent care, and we felt reassured throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry friends.

The modern diagnostic services provided are exceptional! My cat underwent a brief ultrasound, and they quickly identified the problem. I was at ease the entire time, and the veterinarians were qualified!

We were worried we wouldn’t receive the service we expected but it was the opposite. They care about your pet and explain the process throughly. I love this vet and I wouldn’t trust any other clinic with my pets!!!

The staff was very friendly but today I visited the clinic and I left a little upset, because in the end they charge you for a medical exam and the doctor never came out to tell me about his exam, he wasn't even really there, at least no one introduces himself as a Dr. Things like these are what make clinics lose credibility, although I emphasize that the staff is very attentive.

Not only did the vets negligence result in the death of my dog but after trying to call and get in contact with management and owners they have also continued to ignore my petitions . Franchesca answered the call and was extremely rude and inconsiderate while I was respectfully explaining to her exactly why I needed to speak to owners. She even put me on hold in the middle of me speaking which was extremely unprofessional and rude . These people do not care about your animals at all they are looking for a way to TAKE YOUR MONEY. If you love your pet DO NOT BRING THEM HERE !!!!! And I hope Franchesca doesn’t have a pet because the way she completely disregarded me and the way I was feeling after my dog just passed away 3 HOURS after taking him to THEIR veterinarians shows the lack of consideration and care she truly has for pets.

Whoever the groomer is, they should be fired on the spot!!! My dog came home bleeding non stop and had no issues coming in the door!!!
His first visit, I too was overcharged for medications that were not necessary.... never ever again will I go here!!!
