If you are not sure that you are going to attend, it is better not to pay, much less a personal trainer, it is the worst experience I have ever had and when you want to leave they do not allow you to, they want to charge even if you are not attending and if you do not pay it affects your credit, I do not recommend There are better options in this place, I give them one star because if not, I can't comment because they don't even have that 👎

I've been trying for a month to get a refund of almost 200 dollars that was deducted without my consent, even worse because of something I don't have, it was a card error, I called everyone and they literally ignored me, Will, in particular, didn't even answer the phone. this is a theft ok the money I don't know how they have to return it to me 0 professionalism (will and Louis) a total lack of respect and one lie after another

Moved from the area and they insist on my physically coming in to cancel membership.
It’s obviously a ploy to try and keep charging me monthly fees.

Crunch Fitness in Cutler Bay is a great gym with lots of equipment, a good amount of space, and plenty of parking. It's a nice place to work out, but there are a few small things that could be better.
Things I liked:
- There are tons of machines and equipment, so you have lots of options for your workouts.
- The gym is big enough to give everyone room to move around comfortably.
-Parking is easy, which makes getting in and out quick and stress-free.
Things I don't like:
- Some machines, especially the cable machines, are often broken, so it would be great if they fixed them faster.
- Dumbbells are usually scattered everywhere, so it can be tricky to find the ones you need.
- The gym is busy most of the time, even early in the morning at 6 a.m., which can make it harder to get your workout done quickly.
Overall, it's a solid gym with a lot to offer, and with a little improvement, it could be even better.

The worst experience!!! If you are not sure that you are going to go 1 year or more, do not choose Cruch Fitness. I called after 3 months to cancel the service because I was no longer attending, after a year they called me and I told them to cancel again, they never did!!! THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY FENCES OR NOT!!! After almost 2 years, as you will see my credit score was affected by them, before it was at 771 and they decided not to cancel me and send me to collection. ZERO RECOMMENDED!!!

Unfortunately after so many years, since this place was 24 Hour Fitness, we’ve had ro close our membership. The customer service is lacking. The management team has left much to desire.
It’s disappointing when trying to express concerns, as a member you are not heard. Management staff talks over you with an aggressive demeanor not allowing a conversation. “Get out of my face” attitude.
This place used to have great energy, amazing staff. Management and cleanliness was top notch . Classes were enjoyable. It is sad to see it in decline. Today was our last day.

Many machines and a good atmosphere. I enjoy exercising in this place attended by very friendly and charismatic staff.

Don’t waste your time or your money honestly, lines on the machines to use them, yeah they have SEVERAL squat racks but guess what, doesnt matter what time of day it is, they’re always full. If you can control the overcrowdedness it’d be great. Too overcrowded

I feel very disgusted with the front desk staff of this gym and the general manager Marcos Lopez. First they promised me that the monthly payment would be 24 USD and they have always charged me 28 something. After the first week I couldn't go anymore and when I went to cancel they told me that I was contractually obligated to remain enrolled for 3 months, which I don't remember them telling me on the first day, but I assumed they could have told me and I just didn't. I remembered.
Then they charged me 60 something and when I went to ask they told me it was a maintenance charge; they hadn't told me that, but they told me they had to charge me for it. I told them about my annoyance and asked them what day I had to go to cancel and the uniformed man at the front desk told me to go in the first week of December. I asked him if it wasn't too late, but he told me no, it was that week. when I should go
And finally, when I go today, December 5, an English-speaking front desk with funny hair and glasses tells me that they had to charge me for this fourth month because I had to cancel 30 days ago.
At that point I told her that I wanted to talk to the manager, she went to see Marcos Lopez and whispered something in his ear. When the wine explained everything again and he told me that I had to pay, he had no other answer and he forced me to pay and then cancel even though I got tired of explaining and telling them that I was responsible, but that his team He had given bad information.
Then another manager came and told me what was happening, but that in advance the decision that Marcos Lopez would have made was fine. At that point I asked if there was anyone above them and they said no and I simply told them that there was a God of justice and I left. I don't know about other branches, but I don't recommend the one in Cutler Bay to anyone, they don't respect the initial treatment and they don't care that because of them you have to pay, literally pay

Gym is fine if you have a trainer. Trainer will help secure machines for your workout. But if you don't have a trainer good luck with how overcrowded it gets and waiting lines for a machine. I think it's ridiculous that the only way a membership can be canceled is in person. If you live out of state or country, they don't care, you have to send someone on your behalf to the gym to cancel the membership for you in person.

Should be more program variety shown on overhead TV's. Not everyone is into sports. At least have a couple of cable news channels. Suggestion:
Fox News
CNN

Way too overcrowded. This place attracts the wrong type of people. I’d stay away if I were you.

Inconsistent rules. No parking. Used car salesman pressure to sign up for everything under the sun. They pressure the teenagers like my daughter to sign up for things they can’t afford. Used to be okay, now not worth the drama.
