This is not a good place to live, and if everyone actually rated this place I’m sure it would have a poor review.. My mother lived there for years, once the place was turned over to the new company the only thing that changed was a new security gate, and new exterior paint. It took several years to get working washer and dryer and after several violations the elevator is still out of service. The inside of most units is covered in mold due to the old leaking pipes that have bust inside the walls, the kitchen appliance is very old they even paint over the refrigerators to bring it back white, so don’t be fooled by the stainless steel when you walk into the rental office.. Your rent will never stay the same every year it’s an increase and they even take away the option for a yearly lease so your forced into a 6 month lease or month to month.. And if you have kids you can forget about them being able to play outside you get fined for that.. I honestly hope they see this and do better by the residents because it’s sad and the residents deserve better...
