Closed bathroom with pink number, it is better to close it instead of having an unused space or hire a cleaning service, this is only seen in Florida

Update : the lines are not long anymore and faster !! 👍🏼I like the store but the line is always too long i don’t like waiting on a long lines for a long time if it was faster cashiers i would have consider to go very often I’m sure a lot of people feels same way

I went in to make an exchange. The cashier couldn't understand what I was saying. I asked if she speak English and she replied no and shrugged. She made no attempt to try and help with Google translate or call another employee for assistance. This happened on the floor also. Very frustrating

I was hired in this store more than 1 year ago in the warehouse processing merchandise where I resigned, they barely gave me hours and Mrs. Ines or Irene, I don't remember her name correctly, was in charge of this department with very little professional ethics to the point of telling me that to work there I had to adapt to not going to the bathroom during my work hours, I think it is something inhuman on their part, I didn't argue anything with her and I called Mrs. Melva to ask for my resignation, I don't advise anyone to work in this position under the supervision of this lady.

Everything is very good but almost impossible to use the bathroom. It is closed and you have to wait too long for someone to open it. I had to leave without being able to enter.

It’s really disappointing the store I like to purchase, it’s so careless about customer service. May I ask why the restrooms are closed? it’s because shoplifting, that is not the way to address it. Restroom service is part of the store service. it needs to remain open, or at least have someone who open it for customer whenever it’s necessary, and take care of shoplifters, if that’s the case. Today, nobody went to open it, and it’s not the first time. It’s disrespectful and a violation of my rights. The girls behind the cashier were making fun of the people waiting for someone to open the restroom door. What is that mean? Why things like this are happening here? Someone needs to fix that.

It's super hard to get in, it seems like only friends and well-known clients can get in.
What a shame, they shouldn't think that way.
