We have been BJs customers for years now, but just this past week the front desk clerk at the Cutler Bay location really took the time to explain to me the benefits of upgrading our membership. She was not pushy, she was very polite and pleasant. I could not believe nobody in all of the years I have been going has showed me the potential of rewards we could have been getting all along! Thank you customer service at BJs!

Rude workers. Coming here the employees are hostile towards customers. It's like going to the dmv. Also the ghetto girls checking receipts at the door.... it's like a Saturday day night sketch buy not funny.
Thank goodness Costco is coming to the hood

Today during my visit Daisy provided me with a very bad customer service she didn’t show any intention of helping for me to buy the $200 item, never checked if it was available or not , she seemed bother by my request for help. This is the fastesttttt way to loose customers

Its getting worse by the day when it comes to costumer services. Is the administration trying to get rid of all humans? Why do they hire the worst people to deal with customers?? I Am using Costco more and more !!!

No one at the registers here. We work hard to make our money, on top of that, we have to work for them at BJ's for free. Self checkout is just lazy. Put your employees to work, that's what you pay them for, not to stand by and point you to a self checkout. I'll be canceling my membership. This is ridiculous.

Spoke with “Patrick” in the tire section, he was completely rude, he took calls mid conversation.
Rather than provide quality customer service and focus on a potential customer he did the exact opposite.
I believe that better communication and training goes a long way. If he was busy and alone, I would understand, but at least kindly let me know and advise me that he's going to put me on hold, rather than cut me off mid sentence and be rude about it. I dont think i want to get my new tires with BJS with that kind of attitude anymore.

The young man who is there is very arrogant, the first thing is that he knocked on the window to tell him how much I need done and the guy sitting there looking at his cell phone motions for me to walk towards the door and without saying anything he tells me to walk this way and points me to a sign, I'm fast and he turns around and doesn't say anything to me and I but I need to get gas and he very rudely tells me you don't accept cash, I tell him how it's going to be without a hamster cash is accepted and He turns around and doesn't say anything to me, very bad service.

We always use premium gasoline lately in our cars, the light bulb turns on because that gasoline is not good and is not safe, we are not going to risk putting gas back on, be careful, be careful

Very bad service from the cashier staff. Product shortages. I do not recommend to anybody. Very bad service from the cashiers, I do not recommend it to anyone. product deficiencies and bad character of some employees.

Worst customer service ever. No one knows how to do anything not even make the effort to assist you. It’s so sad how you get treated here.Tried to purchase an item and it didn’t scan. Waited 30 minutes as they bounced me around. After all that I was unable to buy the item as it doesn’t scan !!!!! Really!!!! Ridiculous!!!!Customer service employees are completely lost and rude !!!!

Sent to to Tire Dept. from Homestead store b/c they didn't have the tire I needed for my car. 4 tires bought in Dec. 2023, flat tire repaired on 1/21/24, mileage 61,677. Repaired tire completely flat on 1/22/24, tire not avail until 1/24/24, but avail in Cutler Bay store. Go to Cutler Bay store, "yes I have the tire, call home for mileage." I go home and get the mileage but now, "I need to see/verify mileage for warranty." Call Homestead store to verify mileage not acceptable but at first it was ok to call home and get mileage? Manager/Supervisor in Tire Center at Cutler Bay is completely unacceptably rude and needs customer service/conflict resolution/manager training. BJ's Homestead Tire Center is the best in Customer Service. Cutler Bay Tire Center needs to take lessons. "No customers, No job!"

They give terrible treatment, the manager TiTo hides so as not to respond to customer complaints, they do not respond to the guarantees, I do not recommend buying any equipment since they do not want to respond afterwards ???
