I would not recommend this establishment, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the unprofessional staff, the lady who served me did not know which screw I was asking for because apparently she has no experience in what they sell, unfortunately this establishment has declined too much thanks to its staff.

I just posted a video on my social media about how much I like to purchase here because of the variety of contractor, materials and equipment they carry unfortunately after being attended by JC. The whole face of the company changed with a very poor the manner telling me that he’s not here for a pep-talk or to flirt with me ? making me pick my order very rudely I don’t think I will ever come back to this place. Some discipline needs to be done for this poor customer service. I needed more stuff, but I ran out of their just of how hostile it felt making my order with him.

If you have a business and needs lots of screws and bolts. This is for you. If your a regular person looking for a few things. Don't waist your time and monney. I tried getting 10 bolts. They told me. I had to buy 100 of them. And had to spend more than 20 dollars or no way. Sad. I'll stick to Amazon or home depot.
