I just have to give a shout out to three wonderful women who were at the store on May 31 early afternoon. Kanna, Patty and Manolis. They are always very sweet to me. I have only been down here in Cutler Bay since February 2022.(From Chicagoland area) and appreciate the kindness. I have been coming here since and they are amazing! Thank you ladies!

Staff was arguing with a customer over the rewards system. The staff didn’t speak English so there was a language barrier, waiting in line I offered to just pay it forward $10 to cover the purchase and the woman working gave me attitude and continued to argue with that customer even after I left. The chunky girl with makeup and the attitude on tonight’s date. The other slimmer employee helped instead, don’t want to get her in trouble.

Me and family we always go to this 7 Eleven, but today, as it happened before to my husband and before to my son, I had the bad chance of being helped by this terrible attitude lady that first didn’t understand what I was telling her about cash back from my debit card (buying gas, lottery and other things) argued with me, and because I didn’t have my glasses on and couldn’t see the screen she told me with a sarcastic voice “don’t you see, what does the screen show ahh?” and then she left me in front of the cashier. Very bad reputation you are building with this lady. She is hispanic but does speak English really well. In fact the conversation was completely in English! You know what I did, I went to Publix next to 7 Eleven and bought the rest of things I wanted!

Walked in as I usually do during lunch break and got my usual cup of ice to now be charged for a cup of ice. Very small cup of ice for $0.45 cents. Wow what an inconvenience even after purchasing a drink. Hmmm. I wonder if they will start charging for napkins and straws sooner or later. Keep your ice I’ll swing by McDonald’s for free ice thank you.

This is the worse 7'11 I have been to.. I depended on them since I'm a 1st responder. They didn't let me use the bathroom, they don't stock their food and they were rude.

brunette white hispanic cashier put her rewards number before i got a chance to put mine, and acts annoyed that i wanna put in my number instead. definitely unacceptable for an employee to steal customers rewards

Very unprofessional staff. Every time you call to ask for something in the store ,they said they don’t have time for that and end the phone call after nobody else answer your phone calls.

It gets busy but they keep it together and keep things moving. And they have my cat's favorite food in the event she runs out and the grocery stores are closed.
