Blue Moon Herbals gives AWFUL service. placed an order with Debbi on the phone. Her sister was to ship it never came. spoke and emailed Debbi and she told me her sister had a family emergency. it was shipped out. Never got it Debbi who should take responsibility for her business is not responding through a call or email. I was not charged so I am glad and was done with Blue Moon but this week received and email from Debbi's sister saying she missed the text of my order but has sent it out and send a picture of some receipt. That goes against the sick daughter reason but who knows. Never got order. Bad business!! Wish you well Debbi and hope all other customers never run into this. As for me never charge me Debbi and you destroyed my faith in you so I will never order again. Peace to you.
