Went in to open an account and was told it would be easier to do it online. Tried to do it online and was directed back to the branch. I made an appointment for the following day and was kept waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I went in today to cash a check and I felt like an inconvenience. Not a good experience for me. Truist treats you like they value your business. This place does not.

Long lines all the time. Drive thru closed and it is hard to stand there 20 minutes when your knees hurt.

I've banked there for over 40 years. Today it was an unpleasant experience. The drive-thru is closed, and they don't have plans to reopen it. The teller acted as though I was an inconvenience in her day.

It would make the experience much better if the teller didn't stand there and hold a conversation with someone for over 10 minutes at the window knowing the line is getting longer and longer. Who really cares what kind of flowers they planted this weekend

Tried to open an account and was told I'd have to make an appointment however they apparently only have 1 part time person opening accounts, and I'd have to wait almost a week to see someone about an account.

This is truly an amazing bank, I’ve been here two years now and have had zero problems. I recommend them to anyone who has had problems at other banks. Y’all are awesome keep up the good work

I have noticed a lot of negative reviews here. I have banked at this location for over 5 years and have never had a problem. I have had 2 different transactions with Rane the branch manager in the past few weeks and she is always very courteous to me and completes what I need very quickly.

TWO YEARS AGO THIS WAS A GREAT BANK! SINCE COVID 19, THEY SEEM TO HAVE A VERY POOR ATTITUDE, AND KNOW LITTLE ABOUT BANKING! ALL THEY SEEM TO KNOW IS WHAT THEY CANNOT DO!
