Do not come here unless you want to wait a week for your meds that were prescribed. Also extremely horrible customer service and even lie! Not even worth it. Nothing but problems with this place. I’m all set.

Worst customer service ever! The register went down while checking out so we pacaiently waited for it to come back...we waiting 20 minutes. Finally lady from the back came out and said oh computers are down. Hit some buttons on the next register opened it and took a lady that just walked up. No care for us thank you for your patience. Nope let us wait even longer and take someone that just walked up.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. Went to get passport photo done and manager was called over to help. She never made eye contact with us, had a brief, huffy conversation the guy trying to help, and then huffed off. She came back and did the same thing, never making eye contact and not helping. We left. I did not buy the school supplies for the fundraiser and I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I will no longer be making my photo books here, or buying cards and my supplements. Good job manager. I pity the people who work for you. A smile and a few words to acknowledge us would have gone a long way.

Rude rude pharmacy woman with broken acsent I’ve never had so much trouble getting a prescription in my life! Rude and slow unable to answer question in simplest form had to repeat myself she even couldn’t respond appropriately wouldn’t tell me her name. Don’t go there!! CVS is across the street!

Terrible customer service. Seems like no staff works there. Nobody ever at the front counter to check you out, and if they are they have terrible attitudes like doing their job is the worst experience ever, don’t like the job don’t work there, hire people who would actually care to be there

I waited 45 minutes in line. They had my prescription wrong and made me go to the end of the line or they would call the police if i stayed at the window. (Really? Rather do that than put a few capsules in a bottle?) I went to te end of the line, and 12 minutes later, when I got to the window again, my prescription was still wrong. They said go to the end of the line again or the police would be called, because I was holding up the line for others. I explained that the person behind me had been in line 6 minutes. I had waited 57 minutes. They told me I would have to wait 45 minutes if I wanted my prescription corrected. I went inside and received poor service and a surly, retaliatory attitude. I switched my prescription plan to another pharmacy.

If I could give it zero I would. Worst dealing with I've ever experienced. Insane lines in store and drive through. I literally just hung up after being on hold for 55 minutes and still not have even 1 person pick up the phone . The have horrible communication regarding customer service and keeping the patient informed on availability of certain coverages and meds they have in stock . I should not still be dealing with trying to get meds that are imperative to be taken within specific times still 24 hours after discharge from the hospital. No one seems to follow up on anything. Think it's time to transfer for a more dependable pharmacy,before using this one costs me more health issues due to their lack of staffing,focus,whatever you want to blame it on . It's Unacceptable !!!

Pharmacy staff are rude, over- worked, under trained, and have made several mistakes with my med refills. There's a new Pharmacist in here every week. No continuity of care. Worst thing is I have no other options as Publix isn't taking new patients and Winn Dixie and CVS have closed.

Pharmacy is useless. I waited for a month for them to fill a prescription, they said it was too early, it wasn’t. Finally they filled it, I went to check on it they said it was readyFor more than 7 days and they put it back. Well there was no notification. Then they said I couldn’t wait on it, they would notify me when it was ready. Hahaha. Been a week, no notification AGAIN!! This is the WORST place I have EVER dealt with

This store has no customer service in the pharmacy. They will not even acknowledge that you are there. I never received service so I walked out.

Long lines both inside and the drive thru. Extremely poor customer service, if you drop off your prescriptions at 11am they will tell you an hour and a half, then it's by 5 pm, when in reality you will be lucky to get your possibly life saving medications the next day. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give them a negative 5 I would.
