I gave that rating because UPS gets the job done & quickly! I never have to wait too long in the store and the workers are always so welcoming.

The staff at UPS store #6065 are ALWAYS such a pleasure to interact with....both courteous and professional. The store is always clean and smells so good. I also love the option of self serve package return. Always a pleasant experience at this UPS store.
