Drop off dry cleaning on Monday was told that the order would be back after 4:00 on Thursday. Went to pick up my order at 5:30 on Thursday half of the orders was not ready come back on Friday after 4:00. I ask why it wasn’t ready was told it did not get sent out. Not his problem. Outrageous prices and piss poor service.

Absolute crook! I asked to only repair an existing hem on one pant leg. They quoted $20. They never called me to advise was ready. I come in after 10 days and they charged $31 after they also pressed the pants (which I did not ask for). I will never ho anywhere near this crooked place ever again!

As someone who uses dry cleaning regularly I need things on time. I’ve used this business for 5 years while in the high school njrotc unit and have had nothing but bad service. We had an employee that worked there but they left. I have had multiple clothes that I have put in that have been weeks passed overdue and they blame there dry cleaning center which runs out of Brooksville saying the boilers broke the shipments is late etc etc. the previous employee worked tirelessly to help sort what they could but now after they left the customer service has dropped significantly. The current employee Margaret has zero customer service and has blamed it continuously on the center in Brooksville. This last time it was over a week late and due to that we felt a need to complain to a manager. Margret then stated she is not allowed to hand out the manager me phone number and said our concerns would be passed along. I find this continuously unacceptable and have grown tired of this store. The other dry cleaners in this county are owned by the same company so while inconvenient I will be driving to ocala to complete my dry cleaning. So in conclusion I wouldn’t recommend this store ever to anyone who needs service with guaranteed dates or detailed cleaning. And as someone who continually puts my uniform in every 2 weeks as a must I find they will have lost all my business.Service: Laundry pick-up
