This Tire Kingdom, especially David, was a huge help in a late night emergency. Came out to find my break lights were on my 2006 Toyota Avalon for who knows how long. After some research, I discovered that my break light switch had worn away. I was able to pick up a possible replacement piece that David quickly jumped on trying to help me with my concern. Although the piece I bought wasn’t working complete, David found an alternative solution to help me get back on the road and able to make it to work tomorrow, especially on a holiday night. Would definitely recommend these guys for anyone who is in a pinch for a service.

Needed a tire patch last minute considering I live out of town. Staff was very polite and easy to work with! Was in and out in timely manner!

I came in to Tire Kingdom in Crystal River, Florida with low pressure on my tire. Dave checked my tire and added air. I was driving a rental vehicle and he said that I had a slow leak in my back drivers side tire. He filled my tire up so that I could go exchange my rental vehicle. He didn't even charge me nor would he accept a tip... Great customer service! I will return to Tire Kingdom to see Dave if I'm ever in the area again! Much appreciated!

Tire Kingdom Crystal River saved the day. We had a trailer tire blow on a Friday afternoon, I called and arrived 30 minutes before closing. Allen was so pleasant as well as everyone there that day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, found the tire we needed and had it put on the rim. Not once did anyone mention the time of day or rush me or any others out. It was a true blessing from start to finish. Allen was so positive and genuine. We decided to have the other 3 tires replaced the next day and Allen made the appointment, had them ordered from another store, and fixed the trailer while we were out on the water. We are so grateful for such excellent service and highly recommend this location.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Albert and Glen at Tire Kingdom, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly helpful and attentive. They assisted me in selecting new tires that fit my budget perfectly, and even went above and beyond to save me money.

Auto Zone recommended I go to Tire Kingdom, Crystal River for a new battery to be placed in my car. I feel really blessed to have met Mark and Rich, two really nice employees. Mark quickly dropped the battery in at no charge, and I was given a great price for all new tires, which I plan to have my husband get me for Christmas this year. I can't wait to return, because it was a pleasure having great kindness and service.

Went in Tire Kingdom in Inverness for flat tire repair on 9/28/24 and was immediately meet told it would be a long wait. Asked how long it would take and advised 1 1/2 wait. Another employee then loudly stated that that is why they are not making any money, because they are fixing flat tires all day. Within 20 minutes I was advised that the tire was too old to repair. I was told that the tire had a 2019 manufacture date. Asked to check their computer records to see when tire was purchased by me, I was told angerly that "I was not in their system". Asked to speak to a manager or someone else and advised by "Chris" that he was the manager. Finally, found my record and saw that the tires were purchased by me in 2021 (so I was sold a 2-year-old tire). Beware, as I was angerly told that all of their tires sold as new are at least 1 year old or older. Amazingly, then I was threatened and told that they would throw me out of the building (it appears that they are hiring low IQ gorillas as managers). Left without the tire being repaired and went home and called their 800-service number and was told someone would call me on Monday to discuss (never happened). What an experience. I have owned these tires purchased from Tire Kingdom and have continually received free tire repair as needed and free rotation/balancing at each oil change since 2021. No issues occurred until Tire Kingdom was purchased by Mavis tires. I have just filed an FTC complaint with the Florida attorney general due to Tire Kingdom's failure to honor the original warranty on tire purchase.
