Revised:Apparently the management didn't take time to actually read the review.I was the only one in the store, this had nothing to do with wait time and everything to do with the unprofessional nature of Andrew and his unwillingness to actually help a customer.Original review:Andrew is the worst rep I have ever delt with in my history of cell phone use. The store manager should really ask me why.

Everybody at the store helps me with everything I need they all are amazing. Ryan always helps me with everything. Ariell is kind as well and helpful has well. I'm very happy with the staff at this location. Trevor & Andrew are always super amazing and kind as well. Has for Barb seller doesn't even begin to touch the very depth of that women. Not only is she a shinning star the bright light I can't say enough her. I would to hear back from upper management at anytime. MS B.

Andrew was extremely unhelpful. Seemed annoyed that I had questions, instead of discussing plans and option for me to switch over from verizon he pointed to a paper taped to the counter. Gave zero insight or expectations and was ovwrall bored/annoyed by our presence. We were not greeted when we came, just asked what we needed after a few minutes of standing around. Very poor customer service, I came in interested in an iphone 15 pro but I will look for service elsewhere.

We so appreciated the help that Barb gave us today. She was very patient as she helped us switching our phones over from another carrier and getting the home internet. Her experience was evidenced by her ability to navigate transferring content from an old phone. It was good to establish a relationship with her and others at the store.

As a disable veteran, I would STAY AWAY veterans from T mobile in Crystal River--they lie, are deceotful, will not give a reciept, and DO NOT disclose return charges!! By having T=mobile corporate service manager on the phone, my bank account will recieve full refunds of this stores erronous charges and an internal complaint was filed by the cooporate customer service supervisor listened to the return conversation as the return was been transacted in the stor on Sunday!! The store manager of 5 years Barb conducted my transaction on Satirday and was the one who lied to me a veteran!! I give this store a minus 3 for frauduently consumer activities!! I have reported this store to the Cirtus County Florida Chanbe of Commerce!Update 10/31/2023--T-mobile corporate customer service manager did as they said and deposited $111.36 credit back in my bank account om Monday for the false and misleading statements of Barb, manager, in which she called me and said they had done NOTHING WRONG!! Corporate T-mobile did as said and corporate restitutioned my bank account !! VETERANS, DON'T DUE BUSINESS HERE!!
