Had asked a co worker to go into the store and buy two lotto tickets basically exchanging them for the winning ticket I asked him to get the same ticket that I had just won on he comes back with a completely different ticket said that he asked the manager for the same ticket and that the manager did not give it to him it isn't because they were out of this ticket considering I just bought the tickets that I was returning to them from this store and on top of it I was charged a fee upon putting this on my debit card these are not the tickets that I asked for not the tickets that I wanted but surely the tickets that I spent $20 wasted on. They don't listen and then they charge extra for you to purchase things on a debit card despite you being over their minimum $5 purchase point on debit card not very fair and I was stuck with stuff that I didn't even want my mistake for sending a co-worker in but when you ask for the same ticket and you tell the co-worker to say those exact words and that's what they do you expect that same thing.
