Had many questions over several visits because I wanted to make the right choice. Was never rushed or pushed to buy anything .I felt like they had my best interest at heart . I made a purchase and it was installed very professionally looks like stock . I was very impressed and satisfied with their customer service, installation and price .... if you need new audio this is the place .

A waste of your time . Drove 35 min to this place , spoke to owner and he even looked at the inside of the vehicle to confirm he can install. We then set appointment. I then moved my schedule around so I can make appointment. He then calls me today to cancel because he made a mistake and can’t find a bracket!

if i could give 6 stars i would..!! had a system installed a couple years ago at a place in my oldstate that i never really thought was very impressive then it turned into grounding noises crackling and speakers cutting out. brought it to sound decisions for diagnosis and was told there were multiple issuse that needed correcting with the install and workmanship i was quoted a more that fair price for the work needed they used my same componants, tuned my amp correctly and fixed faulty connection and i was literally blown away on the ride home could not believe the sound quality and sound levels delivered at a lower volume setting than before..! sound decisions is a absolutley legit car audio expert..!!
