Horrible General Manager , Matt . I watched him berate and belittle 2 older women on Friday 3/15/24. He followed them into the parking lot after they had warmed up some food in the microwave and they had grabbed a few codiments, packs of ketchup and mustard, and mayo ,not a large amount. He stood in the parking lot yelling at them and using some vulgar language and telling them they had to pay for them. Since when does racetrac charge for them ? The one woman offered to pay and he continued yelling at them and told them they were not allowed there. These 2 ladies did nothing wrong. Horrible ,Horrible customer service. This man should not be in charge and has absolutely NO people skills. Not the first time I have witnessed his temper when I visit. This will be my last time as a guest as long as he is there.

I came in late night on Monday and the store was spotless an associate I believe her name was Kelly was working hard even tho it was slow she looked like she had been working hard to upkeep the store and make it look so nice, when Kelly seen me ready to check out she was at the register right away with a friendly smile on her face. I was having a rough day and Kelly helped make that better by the great conversation and amazing customer service she gave. As a manager I felt that Kelly needed recognition for that. I would consider having Kelly on my own team anyday she definitely seems like a great asset to this store. It's always a great experience when I have to stop in. Keep up the good work!!!

I visited this Race Trac a few nights ago, and was helped by a very lovely employee. Kelly was surprisingly helpful and polite for an overnight employee. I will definitely be visiting this store again in the future.

This is my favorite gas station to stop by for multiple reasons. First off the employees are super friendly and hospitable. Especially that younger fella with the long hair. And the overnight and relief manager, both awesome people. The store is always clean and unlike some other stinky, greasy lowlifes, I understand that it’s a waste to keep food out super late so I fully understand and think some people (the guy with the one star review) need to shut up and get a life.

Any time I stop in at night after work to grab a bite to eat they have no hot food available , I am usually in the store around 9 and they never have fresh hot dogs or anything in that area always looks like it has been cooking for hours and there is never pizza available. The other racetrac has food when I stop but that one is out of my way.

Never had a bad experience here before. Come in, get what you need, go pay and get out pretty straightforward. Not a particularly lively or exciting place just a standard location. 3/5 stars it’s decent pick to stop by to refuel
