I'm a truck driver, the big kind and was stranded around the corner after suffering an oil leak. The tech that fixed me up only brought two gallons of oil, which didn't even get the bottom of the dipstick wet. My truck takes 12 gallons of 15w40.So instead of waiting for authorization from corporate breakdown to buy more oil, i hopped on my bike and rode over to buy a gallon, knowing that doing so would be faster, and I'd be reimbursed.Then another, and another... Dipstick was still dry after five gallons.Finally, one of the people working, asked where my truck was parked. They knew exactly where it was a gave me some history of the spot.They suggested that I buy 3 gallons, of a cheaper brand, and they would drive it over for me.The weather wasn't hot and it was a short ride, but it made all the difference.Amazing service.

The owner at Napa in Crystal River is very helpful very knowledgeable and will order the right part for you ,you may have to wait a day or two for part to come in but very much worth it...
