Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment because they do not honor appointments at this location even if you make them online. Then the staff is rude when you ask them if it's okay if you go ahead because you had an appointment that was 10 minutes earlier while they continue to take walk-ins. Go to a different location and just walk in. And they will put you ahead of any appointments that they may have already scheduled

The past few times going here have been awful. One woman I had a few times and it was painfully clear she did not like me at all, in fact the last two times I had her she hurt me a lot and I finally said something to her about it. She nearly broke the needle in my arm. Just now I went and there were two new workers. One asks me where do they have luck on so I point out a few spots. I also point out spots where either no blood comes out or my veins blow out. Where does she go? To the blow out vein. She got maybe an 1/8 of the vial filled and guess what? Yep it blew out so she gave up and got the next worker to try. She asks the same question and I tell her the same thing, does she do it? Yep you guessed it she went to a bad spot where this time she got it filled halfway and when she put the next vial in, it just splattered at the end of it and blew my vein. Then she says it's done and I'm like no your not, you didn't get any blood out in the second vial. She's like yes I did. Umm I'm not blind lady!! So what does she plan on doing? Taking a little out of the first vial which wasn't nearly half let alone full. One thing I do know is 1. I'm never going to this branch again, I'd rather go to 7 Rivers or bravera or TGH or whatever they're calling themselves now. 2. I'm going to have to talk to my Dr to get another order because this one was not only useless but is contaminated as well. It's not an accurate test by far.
If your like me and have small veins or have a hard time getting blood drawn please save yourself some pain and suffering and don't use the Walgreens LabCorp Crystal River branch.
Ps: they also apparently don't like to waste needles on patients when they screw up and that's from the horses mouth.

I recently had blood work done at the LabCorp facility in Crystal River, FL, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any anxiety I had about the procedure.
When it was time for my blood draw, the phlebotomist was incredibly professional and skilled. They explained each step of the process, which made me feel at ease. The actual blood draw was quick and virtually painless, thanks to their expertise.
I also appreciated the thoroughness of the staff in confirming my identity and ensuring that all my information was correct. This attention to detail gave me confidence that my results would be accurate and handled with care.
The results were delivered promptly, and I was able to access them easily through LabCorp’s online portal. This convenience allowed me to review my results at home and share them with my healthcare provider quickly.
Overall, my experience at LabCorp in Crystal River was outstanding. The combination of friendly staff, efficient service, and professional care made what can often be a stressful experience quite pleasant. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of lab services

I have used this Labcorp many times. Please know, Kathy was TERRIFIC. I am a really hard draw. I told Kathy as much. She proceeded to make this the most convenient procedure I have EVER had. Kudos to this Labcorp!

I switched to this labcorp location after having a bad experience at another location. The two women were very nice, listened to my concerns from the last place, and said I can always come there without an appointment. They were very confident with drawing blood and the whole appointment took less than 5 minutes. This is my preferred location!

I went to get my blood tested today. Neither of the 2 ladies that work there could draw my blood. They both tried 3 times they should know they only have 2 times before they need to stop.

Literally the worst place ever to send test samples to. Poorly run, poorly managed, and alot of problems with delayed results and false positives. Steer way clear of this place!

Every time I come to LabCorp here at Walgreens (routinely), Eliscia has such an attitude. She is extremely rude, her demeanor is harsh, and she has no bedside manner. This was the last straw for me. I will never return to this location and will travel further just to not have to deal with her. At the end of my draw she pretended to act nice by saying "have a nice day" just to cover her a**! She knew I was not happy with her nor her personality!Management needs to know, she doesn't deserve to work with the public nor this job.

I normally have excellent service at this location,but not today. My lab order ,said I didn't have to fast,and the technician took an issue with that,saying it would cause my cholesterol to be high and very rude saying it. I also was suppose to have an urine sample,which they did not take. My question is,since when is it their decision on whether I fast or not. From her attitude,all I wanted was to leave. Technicians on this date. 8/2/2023,since I didn't get her name.

100% fraud company!!!! Stole my money then told me I wasn't in their system so I couldn't get my lab work done. After sending me a bunch of emails conforming my appointment, lab work and charging me.Worst customer service! The lady on customer service told me she couldn't help me and was going to transfer me to someone who could and then disconnected me. Called back again told me they couldn't help me so I asked for my money and back she hung up on me..... Wasted my time and money... 0 stars.....
