Employees here are excellent and they take care of their customers.
I was down south and tried to get help with a return item at the Springhill Store. The guy refused to help me. He basically said So Sad, Too Bad.
Brought the item to our local Crystal River store and they took care of me in about two seconds.
Great employees here in Crystal River.

Great products at great prices, sometimes they do not have merchandise in stock as advertised , on sale and will not allow rain checks on at least some items

I’m a huge Harbor Freight fan but will not be coming back to this particular store. It started with an unhelpful staff member and ended with over a 5 minute wait to ring out as they only had one register open.
