I made arrangements to have the car serviced and Lacy from Jenkins Ford arrived exactly at the time stated time. DJ from the service department called and reviewed the work that was done and when delivery could be made. They corrected everything that I asked for and there was no other problems. Sure is nice to have a clean car after our trip to MI and back. :-) It was time for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. Friendly folks AND popcorn, donuts, and coffee. :-)

Appointments should be addressed better, arriving at 8.00 am for an appointment arranged two weeks previously means 8.00 service
