This place has REALLY gone down hill.... The building looks horrible on the inside, what animals they had didn't look good either. Very sad compared to how it was a few yrs back. Totally disgusting how this place is being kept ?

If I could give 0 stars I would this pet store has bugs in it's bird feed containers mice that mice that look sickly and fish tanks that have dead fish floating around in them as well as tanks so dirty that it's grown algae in every tank. Every fish I have bought from this place had died within 2 days. That just shows u how often the tanks are cleaned. The birds seem healthy but I saw a few that were allot less active kinda just standing their. I'm half tempted to call animal service on them and have them shut down for animal neglect.

We stopped by this place to see some animals while passing by. As soon as we walked in you are hit with a terrible smell or urine. It legit takes your breath away. The place was filthy and flies all over the place. We had to walk out due to the smell. Absolutely awful in all areas… these poor animals.

Disgusting place. How Is this store still open for business??????? Its extremely dirty in there, smells like death, the animals look unwell. Wtffff?!!!!!!!!!!???!!!

New employee was very nice. Store didn't stink as bad as usual. Feeder goldfish all died in 24 hours although they were acclimated to their new pond in the shade, for 6 hours. No great loss - $2 and 8 dead fishy souls. Pond has aeration and vegetation; wanted the fish for extra mosquito larva control. Expirament failed. Sorry little fishes. Swim wild and free in the Great beyond...

Walked in, walked to the bird room and then walked out. The most foul smelling pet store I have ever been in. Anyone who boards their parrot there should not be allowed to own animals. Do not support this business until they start taking care of their animals!

Where to start this store smelled absolutely horrid! How can this place be allowed to stay open. It wasn’t just normal pet smell this was uncared for, let animals sit in filth stench. The bunnies were crammed in small cages and could only lay in their accumulated waste, with yellowing fur and urine soaked shavings stuck to their coats. Sadly I couldn’t stay in the store more than a few moments without wanting to vomit. I did want to buy all the animals to get them out of the horrific conditions.
Over the years I’ve had bunnies, guinea pigs, cats and litters of kittens, dogs and litters of puppies AND lived on a pig farm for a bit and NONE of those things smelled as horrible as this place.

What was once a family owned and community driven business has become a faint memory of itself.
The store is in shambles, it is neither impressive nor reasonable that this establishment continues to keep its doors open. Structural damages, non functioning AC mixed with the lingering smell of death and visibly uncomfortable or dead animals. Frankly, I worry not only for the comfort and safety of these animals but for the employees who are exposed to a constant barrage of waste fumes.
I was deeply saddened to see this once important part of the community in such a condition. I hope all works out for the family, but it might be time to call a spade a spade.

This place should be condemned. As soon as you walk in the door you’re hit in the face with an overwhelming stench of urine. It’s filthy. The animals are not being cared for or cleaned up after. I spent only two minutes in the shop and couldn’t take it any longer. The odor of this place lingered with me for nearly an hour after.

Nastiest smelling store I have ever been in....wanted to by some dry goods but couldn't stay in store long enough to check out.

First-time visitors, and we were NOT impressed. I can see why they are trying to sell the business. Tanks were dirty and not a large selection. Smelled bad and ceiling was falling in. Definitely a smell of mold or mildew.

We just left all the reviews that are on here are accurate the smell is HORRIBLE!!
I felt so bad for the cute kitten in the cage don't bother coming to this place it should be shut down FOREVER!
