This is a busy store, the line is always long. Huge sign at the self check out says "sorry we no longer have self checkout" With out self check out or a 2nd register it takes so long.
Edit* Turns out it works when they need it to, but they have to do it for you. Tonight.... no register, just self check out, but they have to do it for you.... no cash so many people couldn't get what they needed. They need to bring the old manager back. She was amazing. Idk what's going on now, but it's not good.

I was a key holder at Dollar General and I know for a fact that managers/key holders are required to carry the store phone with them at all times. Why at this store no one EVER answers the phone EVER! It is unprofessional for a business to never answer their phone for a customer. At least let the cashier answer the phone if the managers are never near by to answer. I'm ANNOYED!!

Excellent customer service by a nice young lady named Echo, she was very professional and helpful when this dollar general was the ONLY place in town for hundreds of people to go to because of the tornado last nightThank God for this woman.

Happy Memorial Day & A special Thank You to my Veterans.So I needed to make a quick stop for hotdog rolls. Thanks God for honest people for this store is TOTALLY UNATTENDED!!! Self checkout was the only one working on Memorial Day!!! Hahahahahahaha!

Are you looking for a new place to get rid of the trash in your car? Are you like many others in this area who are tired of throwing their car trash out the window while they're driving down the road and instead have made the local Dollar General the Lit location for it? Facts my friends facts. While you might see a friendly face inside, Don't get used to it because that face won't be there next time, but you might see another face or another they tend to move quickly. But I can tell you one thing that doesn't move, That's right, The car trash in the parking lot. Because when I told you this parking lot was lit let me just tell you what I meant to say, Littered.
