Absolutely disgused, just left with my PTSD and anxiety off the shelf , just trying to check out ....pushed help from the only self check out no reply , line of 2 people and couldn't even cancle my transaction, lady finally came up , with a major attitude. IGNORING ME. , and asked to help next person in line, which asked her to help me ...which she ignored and helped someone else .....I will NEVER be back there !

This pharmacy is the worst. I went to them for a few month before leaving for Walgreens, even though it was more expensive. 1st the pharmacist, mainly the lady yang, can't count. Don't know how she became a pharmacist with such poor arithmetic. There staff is also very RUDE. They would purposefully wait till fill prescription total last moment, even saying they filled it and then telling me sorry we are closed for the night. They are judgmental and don't even look you in the eye while basically telling you I'm not helping you

I used this pharmacy for years and a new pharmacist started, an asian young lady, and I have never felt so judged in my life. She would talk in front of me as if I wasn't standing there. I am on a medicine that saved my life and she did nothing but make me feel like scum of the earth.
I have always taken my medicine as prescribed and prefer to pick up 2 days early in case there is any issues like stock, hurricanes, closures, etc, and this pharmacist madee feel horrible.
Since switching to WALGREENS I have been treated like an actual human being. They fill on due date and I never have to call and ask what's going on.
CVS needs to implement ETHICS TRAINING STAT!!!

the CVS location in Crystal River, FL, being one of the few remaining CVS outlets in the county, understandably serves a larger population since the closure of the Homosassa location.
Firstly, I would like to commend the pharmacy team at this location. There has been a notable improvement in their performance, attributed to the acquisition of new and more socially presentable staff. This positive change is highly appreciated.
However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the front-end staff at this location. There seems to be a lack of employees who are capable of maintaining an appropriate and professional disposition towards customers. While the store itself is fairly clean and maintains a standard level of item curation, there are some concerning issues that need addressing.
I have observed several items with damaged packaging or signs of tampering on the shelves. It is crucial that such items, especially when they show obvious signs of tampering, are promptly removed from rotation to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. This situation leads me to believe that there is a deficiency in the store’s inventory maintenance routine.
Additionally, the self-checkout system frequently encounters issues, particularly with the ExtraCare rewards. I understand that this may be a broader issue within the company, but it significantly affects the shopping experience at this specific location.

The only reason they have a star is because you have to I am on vacation and I had my Dr send the script 2 weeks prior because I knew my medicine had to be ordered I called the cvs where the script was sent to they told me they had to order it try another cvs.So I called this one first because it's close the lady who answered it was RUDE I explained what happened she said she would have to order my medicine as well and needed a script don't all CVS have your information I know because I have done this before.I can't believe they have this lady even answering the phone like the reviews under my review is EXACTLY how they are with service Shame on you cvs this is NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS and I think after this I might take my business to some other chain!!I have over 10 different medications I have to take and I don't need to be treated like CRAP this store is the WORST!!!!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon ( mind you they are only open 10-4 in the pharmacy) . I paid for my prescription online, I only needed to pick up. 3 people working there. I walk up and they say we can’t hand you your script- all of us going to lunch come back later. In a very RUDE manner. I said I already paid, and they will send back if I do not get today . She said we will send back and you should get a refund. It took her more time to be rude than it would have taken for her to just hand me my already paid for prescription. I will be changing all scripts to Walgreens.

This is possibly the WORST and least organized pharmacy I have ever “attempted” to get an RX from! I had to transfer my RX to another pharmacy because they told me they were too busy and had to take lunch. They took over 7 hours to answer the phone from the other pharmacy…I had to call them from the other pharmacy, sit on hold 20 minutes just to speak to someone and ask them again to send over my script. During this time, the pharmacist at the other pharmacy advised me she spoke with them hours ago and were told by CVS they can’t send the script right away because they were too busy. They really don’t care about their costumers… we approached them super friendly and just got apathy back…. I hope they fire their current pharmacist and hire employees that are capable of using a phone at first, and second, actually doing their jobs and treating people correctly, especially when the customers are nothing but nice!! “Im sorry I won’t have your 30 min RX for 2 hours minimum cause I go on lunch in 48min!” Seriously??? I’m in excruciating pain and they don’t care… just wanted my antibiotics so I can get better! Thanks for making me Suffer Crystal River CVS! They don’t deserve their jobs! There are fresh college grads that I’m sure will be better on day 1!

My doctor called in a prescription right before the pharmacy closed for lunch. So at 2:00 when they reopen there is a line. I am told by the blonde/grey man he can’t see the order in his cash register and sends me to another line for drop off. There the tech at an exact same registrar looked and found my prescription and I told her I would wait. She said give her about 30 min. After 45 min I went to the counter spoke to the same tech and she said oh it’s ready you should’ve received a txt! I told her I had not received a txt and that I thought she would just call me up when my prescription was ready. The tech said we’re busy here! We have hundreds of prescriptions ! But she knew I was there waiting! Very very poor service and staff is obviously stressed. Not good.
