Manager is never available and doesn’t return calls. Behaves badly to customers with foul language. Be sure you don’t use cc or debit to auto w/d monthly payment. If your card needs updating they aren’t available to speak with to give updated payment info- they will just add their lock to your unit regardless if your trying to reach them to make payment. Bad business practices. Plenty of other storage places in area- DONT RENT HERE!

Had a unit here with my fiancé. We split up so I needed to get my own unit within this facility. I’ve called continuously now for 4 days and left multiple messages and have not been called back. Also drove up there three different times trying to catch her bc they don’t have hours posted. Their google account say they are 24 hours when the reality of it is the lady is never at the office and the only phone number they post is the office phone. I’m extremely aggravated bc my stuff Is in there and I can’t reach anyone.
