This small company is STELLAR! From the moment I called with a computer crisis, Noah, the owner answered and after I explained my dilemma, he was quick to say, "Don't worry, we can fix it'" and stayed open so that I could get there to drop off my ill computer.
He and Sarah worked SO hard on my Dell! It was not easy and they ended up giving me a beautiful loaner to get through the week while an important part was ordered.
When I came to pick it up, Sarah also did several tutorials with me and patiently answered all of my questions, as WELL as helping me with a couple of iphone snafus! They followed through on everything they said and are terrific communicators.
Their customer service is remarkable and they are truly patient and genuinely good people! 18 years' experience shows that they'll be around for all of us!

Noah kept my PC for almost two weeks and charged me $80 to “diagnose” a bad power supply when I already knew that was the problem.I had to call for the whole two weeks to literally nag him into finally looking at it, and I even begged to just come get it back and go somewhere else and he said since he was gonna charge me an $80 bench fee for having it at all then I mind as well let him keep it until he could look at it…(it was one unprofessional excuse after another - and if he had no time to do the work, he shouldn’t have taken on the simple job)I took it to “All About IT” in Lecanto and it was repaired in a day and a half. Super professional and efficient.Their diagnostic fee is $35It was an $80 two week lesson of who NOT to use in citrus for PC repair.Learn from me: Save your time and $$ - go to All About IT in Lecanto instead !!!

I am retired US ARMY and Law Enforcement. I had a computer issue in Nashville, TN. I had it returned partially running. I moved to Crystal River and not only did Noah and Sarah fix it, it is running like it is brand new, a 2010 DELL 1645 XPS. I was going to have to buy a new computer, not now. The most honest, personable computer techs I have ever encountered. I don't care what the issue is, they won't overcharge you either and have it back to you quickly. They worked on my computer until late in the evening. Regardless of where you live, the ride is worth it to have them diagnose and/or fix any issue. I was lucky finding this computer tech center recently moving here. The best part is, they are very HONEST and I trust them. That is a hard trait to find in todays world. You want it done right the first time and not get overcharged, make an appointment. I read the reviews prior to going there, I never had an issue calling to make an appointment or stop in to check on the status of my laptop. This is a top notch 1st class operation and they GET IT DONE RIGHT the 1st time.

Paid over $200 to have laptop freshened up and made faster. Got it home and it won't load my printer. Was sent various fixes still no good. " bring it and printer back" they dont open till noon. The middle of my business day. I don't have the time in the middle if day to leave my business. So I've got a useless laptop for $200+

Impossible to reach a live person. I've called many times in 3 months without anyone ever answering the phone. Hours say 12 to 8 but its not true. This business seems more like a front than a real business. They surely don't care about being open or making money.

I called because my TV had a surge and wouldn’t come on. He was really nice and I got a good feeling that he can help me. I will recommend him and the lady on the phone Sarah was very nice and knowledgeable too. It’s awesome to have someone help you when your having a problem.
