From the moment of booking the boat to dropping it off it was a breeze. They explained everything and answered all of our questions with ease. I was able to get a quick response to a question from them while out on the water! Definitely will be booking again in the future. 5 ⭐️

We had such a great time on the water and renting with cool water kayaks! We rented the 23ft tritoon for scalloping, and it was more an enough space for the 7 of us. There was great communication from the moment we booked all the way throughout the rental. The owner laura, was super accommodating in letting us decide the morning of that we wanted to add on 3 additional hours to our rental. We had such a blast and will definitely be renting from cool water kayaks next scalloping season.

Only place in the area that has a daily rate and will let you rent a kayak for multiple days. Perfect if you are going to be in the area for a while as there is so much great paddling. They will drop and pick up for and extra $25. Nice folks, great communication

Rented a pontoon for 3 days, it had everything we needed and worked great for the 10 of us. They delivered the boat right to the dock at the house we rented and picked it up at the end. Boat ran good, had a fish finder and chart plotter that helped us get around the area. Would rent from them again and recommend to others.

One of the best things we’ve done as family all year! Fishing, swimming, manatees, freedom on the water!! Crystal River has so much to offer for the family. Highly recommend Cool Waters for kayaks and pontoon rentals! Phenomenal people that want you to have a fun time on the water! So much so, We have become “frequent boaters”. They make it so easy: arrive, load the boat, educate and then you’re off on your adventure making memories that will last a lifetime!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE Cool Waters Kayaks. They are so family oriented! My kids love going out on the pontoons! We swim, see wildlife, catch fish and make tons of memories. These guys are so super sweet , very professional and totally on top of things. They provided everything we needed (including things like life jackets for the kiddos!) to have the day on the water of a lifetime! Highly recommend for ALL!

My wife and I had a great experience with Cool Waters Kayaks! We decided to rent kayaks last minute in the afternoon and within 20 minutes, they had the kayak dropped off for us by the water ready to go! They were super friendly and very helpful on giving us directions on places to see manatees and a great place to relax and swim. After we were done kayaking, they even gave us a recommendation to a local restaurant, The Crab Plant, for us to try. My wife and I took them up on their recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant!

My family and I are so appreciative of cool water kayaks!!! We came to homosassa for a long weekend trip and they worked with us to get a double kayak delivered right to our Airbnb.
