Got my card initially a few years ago, and it was no problem whatsoever to get a new card with Dr. Redrick! So very glad I called him again, didn’t even have to go in, just did it over the phone! Easy Peasy!!

Wow, I'm am beyond dissatisfied with my experience at this clinic. I was referred by a friend to go here for weight loss. The lady Kenda that works at the front desk is beyond rude and acts like patients don't have ears. She will insult you and treat you with nothing but disrespect. This was the MOST awful experience. I'm in shock how someone can be so openly rude.. I will be taking my money to another clinic outside of this county and I advise anyone else to do the same. Save your time, money and energy and outsource away from Citrus Medical!

Wow just called to ask them how many shots my wife had left. Because since she was pregnant and breastfeeding she didn't go in. Man the lady that picked up was nasty.

Too busy to even answer the phone properly. Who answers the phone and immediately put the caller on hold? When I trained people that was a big no no. So with that said I will call another doctors office that is maybe not too busy to actually speak to patients when they call

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I whole heartily believe all this man cares about is getting money from people. I have never met such an uncaring rude doctor in my life. My appointment with him actually haunts me.
