We purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave from this dealer in Sept 2023 for my 82 year old mother. We've had nothing but problems with it. Contacted dealer to complain, no response. It's been back to our local GM dealer multiple times... brake booster was over $1100 for repairs. Radio/Nav has never worked correctly, A/C/heat vent handlers are broken/frozen inside the dashboard (would be thousands to fix).
This vehicle supposedly passed some multi-point (like 127...) inspection (sure...), dealer charges exorbitant "prep" fees (which are just additional profit for them), and they don't seem to care about selling lemons.
I'm sure their new cars (KIAs) are better, but I'd avoid their used cars.
Update:
We are trading in the vehicle after owning it for less than a year at a $9,000 loss. It beats having a vehicle that cannot be trusted.

I had to change my review for Jenkins from a four star to a one star. My first visit I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My husband Gary paid the bill and went to the car and checked the tires that he marked to make sure they were rotated guess what not rotted. Had to stay another hour while they rotated them. My car had a recall took it in and they were to order the parts for the brakes. I called a month later to see if the parts were in they said they'd have somebody call me. Couple days later they called me and told me the parts were in I took my car over to have the parts put on and they gave me a ride home. About an hour later I got a phone call from Jenkins. The parts that came in were damaged and they'd have to order new parts. I asked him why didn't you check the parts to make sure before I dropped my car off. Took another month to get the parts to come in. One for my yearly checkup and my oil change and a tire rotation with an appointment. I thought wow this is really smooth. They took my car in right away I stayed there for the oil change and walked across the street. 2 days later I was cleaning my car and I noticed when I was cleaning the tire the one of my lug nuts was missing on one of my tires it was the one that has the lock on it. This was a Saturday and I called and they said nobody was there so I drove my car in went out to the front and found the manager and he walked out with me to the service department and said fix this lady's car immediately. They could not find my lock nut nuts from my wheel. They had to put all new lug nuts on my wheels. Long story short I will never go back to Jenkins it's actually 45 minutes from my house I will travel further to another dealer to not have to put up with such ignorance.

My brand new vehicle has been in the shop for 40 days from Jan-Sept at the Kia in ocala without them finding out what was truly wrong. I decided to take to Crystal River for a second opinion. Dave the service advisor really listened to me and the tech Chris within 5 min was able to replicate the issue I had been having for almost a year on my brand new vehicle and got it fixed the next day.
Do not buy or get your vehicle serviced at Kia in Ocala! They are rude, don’t care and want to make the customer feel like they are the problem.
Go see Dave and the Crystal River team! They really care, listen, and have amazing intelligent techs that know what they are doing to get the job done.

They don't answer the phone. They also didn't submit the tag to the DMV. I found out the hard way. When signing the final paperwork the numbers weren't the same as discussed. I was going to pay cash and the guy told me to finance because they get a kickback and that way I would keep more money in my pocket. I had to go back twice to get the numbers worked out. I would not recommend this place unless things have changed. Called Kia corporate and they didn't answer the phone either.
