Went to the Crystal River store to check on a lift chair. After visiting 2 other retailers we returned to the Crystal River store to make the purchase saving literally thousands of dollars for a much higher quality product than what the other two wee offering. The chair was delivered and assembled in a prompt, professional and polite manner. Thank you Dianna.

First called to see if they have any freezers in stock. Dianna said to come in and look to see what freezers they have. We first one we picked out they said we can take it home today off the floor and we did. Thank you for letting us take the floor model home so we can take out our stuff from the freezer that stopped working overnight.
