As of late, they couldn't even be troubled to answer their phone. And when you call the store to get transfered internally, the pharmacy tech says please hold and hangs up.Probably wants a tip too ?

Times-a-Changing only for the worse. Computer system upgrade or should I say downgrade. Long wait times because all medications must be reloaded into customers files. They aren't answering their phones as other Pharmacies try to transfer medications and prescriptions. They are no longer accepting GoodRx discount cards! Suggest considering going to another pharmacy and the worst part is there are ONLY TWO people trying to serve a long line of 6 to 8 people. If this was going on where I worked before heads would be rolling.

Just bought SE grocers pimento cheese spread. GROSS!!! Do yourself a favor and spring for the name brand.

I've been going here for medicine for my entire family for 8 years now. When my oldest was n infant, I received medicine form CVS that wasn't mixed properly. If I hadn't called to ask how to dose the powder I received, It could have hurt my child. I've never had that issue at Winn Dixie and they're always friendly, fast, and have no problem answering any questions I have.

I had to transfer my prescriptions from a different pharmacy to Winn-Dixie. The staff took care of everything and made it very easy.

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. There's never a long long wait. They don't keep one of my inhalers in stock but can always get it within a day or two. I've previously used other pharmacies in town and this one is my favorite.
