“I had to do the most heartbreaking thing any Pet Parent has ever done which is say goodbye to my fur baby. The pain is still unbearable but my experience with this animal clinic made it a little easier to say goodbye. You can literally feel and see the compassion they have for something so painful and not to mention the quality service. I am still lost without my baby but I just wanted to take the time to share my experience and appreciation for such an amazing staff. Thank you so much”

“Our Yorkie, Loki, is an aggressive one when it comes to grooming! Even with medicine prescribed from the vet, he becomes an angry drunk. With recommendation from a local groomer, we had to have him put under anesthesia to have him groomed. They exceeded our expectations and even did labs that showed he was healthy. We were recommended a different way to give him his anxiety meds for the next grooming so we don't have to keep putting him under in the future. They were very kind and got our fur baby back in good shape. We're so glad we have Southside Animal Hospital to lean on!”

“New to area, needed a vet, I went to Dogwood because it was close, I had a few concerns from these reviews.. But realized they were old reviews. So I gave them a chance. Staff was all very friendly and nice, they listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable and more importantly made my Dogs and kitties feel comfortable. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and each animal is rememebered when I come in, they ask about the others and go out of their way. An example of this was the other day, when it was a little chilly in the office, I noticed another older dog being taken in for exam and they had a blanket on the floor for the dogs comfort. It's little things like this makes me happy to take my animals here. Normally I only am at the vet for normal yearly checkups. But have taken in my pups in when issues or concerns, and have always been able to get a quick appointment and with little to no wait when I get there... Maybe it's under new management? Maybe they read these reviews and fixed the issues.. I can't say, I can only give my honest and MORE Recent expereince here.. I plan on boarding them here in October, and will provide another review then...”

“The reviews for the store are ancient so figured I'd leave one. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Even during rush hour. If I needed to find somebody, I could talk to the cashier or find somebody in a red vest. The price is the pricing, but that is a consequence of this economy nowadays. I love filling out the surveys at the bottom of the receipt to update my experience. They do shopping spree giveaways every month.”
