Got a new phone this morning. Jamie was very nice to work with. I am a senior citizen and not very tech savvy. Jamie answered all questions and set up my new phone. She practices something a lot of younger folks don't know about. It's called customer service. I would like give her a review rating of 10. She deserves higher. Thank you Jamie

I told the sales lady 3 times I did NOT want the insurance protection and she still put it on there. Now I have to waste an hour dealing with another rep who will try to talk me into keeping it and make me more agitated that I have to deal with the Bull$***. I will NEVER go back to Russell cellular. I will switch to AT&T before I go back there.

Waited 90 minutes to be seen as only 1 person was working. Sales person tried upselling, wouldn't take no as answer.

My fiance and I went in to this Verizon store on Friday night to switch our service from AT&T we had Leonard as our sale rep and he put us both on two different accounts prepaid and we wanted on on the same account and we didn’t want prepaid then he didn’t switch my fiancés phone all the way over we had to call and do it over the phone..If you go inside this Verizon location you need to see Maria she’s amazing and helped us fix everything. She has great customer service and goes above and beyond for her customers we will be returning to do all our service through her. We have had T-Mobile at&t and been in other Verizon stores but MARIA WAS THE BEST glad we had the opportunity to meet her.

Leonard Y. earned every one of these stars all by himself. We researched our purchase of new phones and ended up selecting one that had never been sold out of this store before. It wasn't a seamless transition as Verizon hadn't yet worked out all the kinks for the new line of phones. Leonard chased down every issue with activating our new phones (even to the point that he kept working out the issues while I went on to work and just called me at work to let me know when it was finished.) It's personal service like this that keeps us coming back to THIS Verizon authorized retailer. I keep hearing from other customers about someone named Mike who doesn't go the extra mile. I'm glad I haven't run into him. It's customer service-minded folks like Leonard (and Melissa) who make this periodic upgrade process bearable.

I was helped by Dominique, very professional and quick. I was out in less than 25 minutes. I was changing telephones and service provider. I recommend this office.Had to go back to Verizon since nothing was working on my newest phone. I waited from Saturday morning until Tuesday afternoon for phone service to change to Verizon, nothing worked.. Technician Leonard Yodel finished the job of getting my new phone online. He appears to know what he is doing and has a very good memory. I walked out with the new phone in service in about 30 minutes.Even with the delay I still recommend this Verizon office. Thanks Leonard.

I am giving this one star because of the manager Mike. I went in there because my phone was defective. The second I walked in, he met me at the door. It honestly seemed like he was just trying to get me out the door. He was rude and he offered to sell me a new phone instead of helping me with the info so I could get a new phone shipped to me from Verizon or answer my questions about switching to a different phone for the meantime. I went in the next day and Lennard helped me. He went above and beyond to help me get a phone switched over until I could get one shipped to me from Verizon. He was personable and made small talk. Lennard and Kaitlyn were so nice. They get 5 stars. Mike gets 0 stars because he was rude, not helpful and very much not manager material. I've been with Verizon for 8 years and Mike made me want to switch to a different carrier.

Ordered a phone over the phone through Verizon. During the order I asked if an authorized store could activate it, they said yes. Took it to the N.Ferdon Location. Halfway through the process he said I needed to call Verizon to complete the activation. Why couldn't he? He gave me no good answer and I left and had to take to the location on S. Ferdon which ended up charging $35. Shame on you both. Absolutely no personal responsibility taken to provide good customer service. Come to find out this was truly something that could have been handled in store but wasnt due to laziness. YOU SUCK.

I bought a phone at the corporate store in FT Walton and they just handed me a bag and said here you go. I live close to the Verizon near Winn-Dixie where the manager assisted me with setting up my phone he was very helpful and after talking to him he suggested I get a tablet for my kids to use outside the house and I did.Thank you Santa.

Abel and Leonard were GREAT. First trip.today was to the S Ferson branch where the employees could care less about customer service! Pretty rude, we walked out of S Ferdon location and headed straight to N Ferdon location by Winn Dixie and they were EXCELLENT. Fromm the moment we walked in to the minute we left. Abel and Leonard had were such a big help! Thanks guys!! Mandi O.
