I sent in paperwork for my LAWYER to be printed out one evening. My confirmation said pick up next day at noon. So I go in to pick it up the next day and the lady said she trashed my order because it was from the night before. So I told them to find it because I PAID for this already and it was very important. After 15 minutes or so , she found it. Then handed me the paperwork and it was the SAME printout 10 times!!! I already paid my lawyer for that visit. I had to explain how UPS screwed up and I had to reschedule my lawyer appointment. Which cost ME another $250. IM FURIOUS! I WILL NEVER TRUST THE UPS STORE AGAIN.

Always extremely helpful! When they don't know an answer, they don't stop researching and making calls until they get you an answer. Also, they have a very wide variety of services.

Such friendly and fast customer service. I wish Amazon would make it clear that certain products need to be packaged (maybe they did and I just didn’t see it) Never had issues before when doing returns until today. But the gentlemen at the register helped me tremendously and we resolved the issue.

Lines are typically a bit long and the price a little high but the service has been pretty dependable.

I love going to this UPS store because everyone is so friendly. If it is busy usually the line moves really quickly so I don’t mind waiting in line like at other stores. I would definitely say to use this location if you are close to here.

Went to return an Amazon product. The female that was clearly rude and impolite. She said you don’t have a box and I told her no that Amazon said just drop it off. She had a bad attitude and I needed a box l. I asked if they sold them and she said right behind you. Bad body language entire time

New:I just want to say that these guys are great any time of year, no matter what the lines look like, no matter the time of day. Ollie took care of us on a Monday in September and we got the same great service as always.Old:Walked in with the store absolutely packed, 11 days before Christmas. We thought we'd be there for hours, with three large groups of gifts to be packaged and shipped, but the line moved quickly, and Jenn was great and got us right in and out. If you have AAA or AARP, there are also discounts on packaging and shipping, so be sure to mention that.
