I booked a truck but the previous person who had it extended their booking so it was not back in time and they called me early to let me know that it would not be there and were kind enough to handle the cancelation of the booking for me at no cost to me. Customer service was on point, and he was very nice. Thank you for making the best of an impossible situation.”
