“I was stuck in my hotel parking lot and Enterprise called one company that did not show up. When I called them back after waiting 3 hours, they dispatched another company, OC’s Towing. I was called by the company to say that they had someone who was about 45 min away and could swing by on their way to another location close to me. I forgot to get the name of the driver, but what a kind and sweet soul he was. He had my flat changed and he showed me where the problem was so I could ensure I told the rental company. He also made sure the spare had adequate air (it was 30 lbs low). So grateful for such a wonderful company and amazing service! I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I’ll be requesting by name!”
