This place is a complete rip-off. I bought a sim card from them and didn't use it. They would not give me a refund when I tried to return it. I had a receipt and it had been 9 days since purchasing. The sim card cost me 99¢ online and they charged $17.99 for it.
Also, they sell used phones for twice as much as sellers on Swappa and Ebay. If you want to save money, don't shop here.
