Nice employees but weak coffee. Very crowded in the morning, especially when you’re trying to get to work. They need to clean the iced tea faucets, and brew unsweetened ice tea again.

I don’t like to tell on people but when it comes to ripping people off I feel something needs to be said. I have contemplated if I wanted to make a review on this. Connie at the deli rips you off with your food servings. She is very aware of the amount as I was there when the guy working with her noticed she didn’t give two of us in line the amount of potato wedges she should have. I have gone multiple times since then and she clearly doesn’t care what the serving size is even though I know for a fact she is aware as I heard the guy tell her. You have to ask her for a large portion in order to get the small portion size. So technically you’re overpaying for what you’re getting. I wish the guy was working more when I come in. Connie just doesn’t care. People want and expect to get exactly what they are paying for. So Tom Thumb is making bank off their food since everyone is overpaying while she is working. I wish I knew the guys name so I could give him a good review. He is awesome. I don’t want Connie to lose her job, I just want her to stop ripping people off. I am sure she wouldn’t like it if it were done to her. Each time it happens it irritates me more and more.

Tom Thumb/ Now soon to be Cumberland Farms slowly in progess.. it seems to doesn't matter the name of a take over Business because I see over worked great Management & Skelton Staff at bare minimum/ without any benefits or pay increase. This is ridiculous & it's almost I'd say 89% everywhere!! soo.. that in mind, please customers be patient with the staff members, they will help you in anything, it's just the company rules & regulations that hold all Management & Staff overworked & underpaid.

Bought Chicken Livers hour ago. They were black, sked why heavy beared man said they always are. Nope. I boughtany times. Took pic because they were so nasty threw away. Probably old oil and cooked too long. Sad beware Breading was brown but livers were black/nasty.

Horrible customer service. Complained about filling up the mountain dew on the fountain .machine and then wanted to charge me $3.17 each for 2 cups if I used the 32oz cups that are styrofoam that are mostly used for peanuts. However Tom Thumb hasn't had styrofoam cups for quotes some time. Very disappointed. Will not shop at this store!!

Went through the the Drive-Thru. They do not have someone actively manning the Drive-Thru, so do NOT stop at the menu board. You may have to call the store like I did to even get customer service in the Drive-Thru. If they fix these issues, I’ll update my review. I have no complaints about the food.
