Both times I’ve been here I’ve experienced the most unprofessional customer service possibly ever. I get that it’s a gas station, but the clerk should not joke that a customer is “too young” to be their age, tell them they look like a baby, and be simply flat out disrespectful. It’s uncomfortable, creepy, and rude. Do better.

I tried ordering from them on doordash three times in a row, each time I had to wait half an hour only to have my orders cancelled due to my item being unavailable. Decided to just go in person to pick a substitute, and they had the original item in plain sight. THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK FOR MY ORDER THEY JUST SAID UNAVAILABLE. Super super unprofessional!

I love the Tom thumb not only are they helpful in to the things u ain't finding or on giving you a respectful place to find what you are looking for as well as my sodas I get there everyday they keep it stocked and clean I love the service they have too

Went to counter this morning. Asked for 25 on gas gave clerk a 50 dollar bill handed it back. I can't accept it no money in my drawer to change it. WOW NO SAFE THAT IS A LIE I WORKED FOR THEM WHEN IT WAS OWNED BY OWNERS THAT CARE. CIRCLE K IS COMING NEXT DOOR THEY BETTER GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Carl is rude. I understand shift change and all but first time I've seen a shift change take almost half an hour on top of over hearing him say things like he tells everyone no money orders due to pure laziness when clearly they advertise them.

I really hate that they dont have a seperate register for non lottery purchases. Some people take so darn long with the tickets and holds everyone up. Mostly 1 register butboth registers were dealing with lottery customers. Arg!!!

We buy our gas at Tom Thumb on South 85 in Crestview! My wife Love's y'alls Ice's! The store clerks are very nice to us every time we visit,thankyou Mitchell & Sharon

This is my favorite Tom Thumb in Crestview. The girls in the morning are especially great they already know what i need b4 i walk in. The store is always clean, coffee fresh, workers so friendly. 10 out of 10
