If they are open 24 hours a day then be open! If they aren't open 24 hours a day, then please do not advertise as such! When u are walking everywhere u have to go, it is super inconvenient to get there only to find out they are closed......Like seriously?!?!

$2.55 for a Nehi drink is absurd.Just stopped in again 10-13-22at 3:25 AM sign on door says open 24 hours another sign says ring bell for service another sign says closed guy counting cigarettes in the window right beside me just holds up the closed sign and sets it back down. Door says open 24 hours!

Stopped by for gas and never thought I’d be leaving a review for a gas station but Nathan, the guy working the register, was so kind and friendly that he deserved a five star review here. Thanks for making my day a bit better man!

My wife and I stop in every Thursday afternoon and get gas here. Then this particular day we pulled into a pump and a man was leaving on the other side of the pump and forgot to take the nozzle out and it came flying back and hit our car. We were told we would get a callback about the damage to our vehicle. I've contacted the mngr. Never knows anything about it

Tim the assistant manager here is a very rude and unprofessional. He should not be a manager anywhere. Not only did he treat me terribly as a paying customer he also treated me terribly infront of a line of other customers. I was there to buy something so I can get change and not only was he rude he proceeded to say things as I walked out the door. Tim you should be ashamed and shoukd be fired. Whomever the manager is please feel free to reach out to me.

Hello tourists and welcome to beautiful Okaloosa County. If you want to save a few dollars ,don't go to Tom Thumbs anywhere in this County. In my opinion, the management of these Tom Thumbs has found it necessary to overcharge on so many items in their store it's become a burden to the local who live here. So, I'm asking you to avoid the Tom Thumb stores in Okaloosa County. You'll be doing the locals a big favor and saving money at the same time. The Tom Thumb stores in Crestview are especially bad! You can save a lot of money by gassing up in Alabama before you enter the state of Florida and gassing up again before you leave the south end of the county. Oh, and thanks again for visiting our lovely County. Enjoy your stay.

the worst store ever. no service. they eat while waiting on you. they never restock store. i ask for district managers number they cant give that info out. Like i am not going to find it and call. cant believe they allow some of these people to work there.
