I like how they keep up with the seasons, as the spring items were on display in a timely manner. I always look for that hidden bargain and recently it was "Reader glasses".
Kudos to the manager Sameria, keep up the good work.”

It just so happens you’re the best and customer service is phenomenal. Goodwill take notice this woman is a future star!!!!!!!”
“I love this thrift store so much, the people are always nice, Until today, June 5th 2024. An older man working the register, who’s around 5’4” with a little bit of white hair in the middle of his bald head, decided that he did not like my Native American t-shirt and shouted at me across the store to explain it. I refused and said I’d rather just enjoy my shopping experience. He shouted “what??” And I said that google has a lot of great information if he wants to use it. He didn’t say anything after that until I got up to the register to pay for my three items I grabbed off of the dollar rack
outside. He was visibly agitated and tried to tell me that because one shirt had a different hanger, that it was actually $5, which was a blatant lie. And in a Christian thrift store at that. I’ve shopped here for almost 4 years now and they have never made me pay more because of “different hangers”. I repeated that all the t-shirts were from the dollar rack. He tried to insist. I said “well keep the $5 dollar shirt then”. Very agitated now, he tries to intimidate me by saying “tell you what” and then stares at me in silence w a nasty look on his face, then finally says “I’ll give them to you for free since they were off the dollar rack”. After all that? Seriously? And unfortunately this is not my first uncomfortable run in with this geriatric. Another time a while back, I came in to see if they were hiring, and I also did a little shopping. I found a stunning night gown, went up to the register and asked the older man (same one from today) if they were hiring. At the time I had no clue they only had volunteers. This man took advantage of that so he could feel like a creepy hero that day. He held me as a captive audience for about 5 minutes, asking me questions, and then finally said “I’ll see what I can do about that job” and told me to take the nightgown for free. I called back to the store a day later just to be informed that they do not hire paid employees and that “he had no right to offer me a job” and that “they are so sorry for the confusion” that man is creepy through and through. Pls don’t let that man volunteer anymore. I much rather prefer the younger gentleman who is always very kind and respectful as well as that young blonde lady who’s kind of quiet and always respectful. Thanks for being a wonderful thrift store apart from that man! I truly do love this place it fully deserves the 5 stars! Fav thrift in Crestview!!”
