I can not rave more about this amazing store! The best part of Lewis Diamond Gallery is the people. Rachel and Charles Ann are both the most kind and helpful people. My husband and I have made several purchases and had the best experiences there. Between upgrading my wedding set to getting our girls ears pierced, each and every encounter has been nothing shy of perfect professionalism. Not to mention their selection is fire!

Went in, they acted like we were bothering them asking to see gold wedding bands. The woman who was "helping" us just walked away after we measured for rings and helped someone else. Just left us standing there. Worse service I have ever had.

I had a ring re-tipped at another jeweler who ruined my ring. Lewis diamond was able to repair it back to original and did a beautifully job!!!Since then I've had two rings designed and built through them and am so happy. They are amazing at repair and cleaning. They are amazing at custom creation!!Here is a picture of the ring they fixed and the ring they helped create!Highly recommend them!!!!

Was at Panera Next door and my glasses frame screw came loose. The nice people at Lewis Diamond Gallery were nice enough to put it back together even though I wasn’t shopping there.

Paid in full waiting for rings to come in. Told up to two weeks. Over three weeks since supposedly ordered by store. No callback. Multiple messages left. Does not answer calls does not return messages.

Bought two rings for $100.00 each. One stone fell out of both of them. One the second day I had it and the other within a couple of weeks (second time wearing it). They wanted $50.00 to fix them. No thank you. I will throw them in the drawer and chalk it up as a loss.
