Quinton help me renew my mm card today when their competition down the road could not. Tried with them out in the parking lot in front of their store. Set down inside at a table with Quinton and in less than 10 minutes I was good to go. I hope I'm smart enough to do the majority of my shopping here in the future. Thanks Q

John was so helpful and kind! He answered all of my questions and gave me so much information. I suffer from chronic pain and his help has me on a road to finally having some relief. Thank you so much, highly recommend.

Edited to add that the staff here went above and beyond fix the situation I originally reviewed. It wasn't the people at the store that caused it but they did rectify it! They are the best! So nice and so knowledgeable. 100/10 recommend!
Called their customer service to ask a question about the deals their website said only to be rudely told that I'm wrong and they don't know what I'm looking at but it must not be their site. I reloaded and refreshed and went to different places in the site and saw the same information. No help, very rude. I took screenshots with what I was saying was there with the dates so I'm not crazy or not looking at the wrong page. I shop here very frequently, but, now, I don't want to spend money if there is that's how your customer service is when something is wrong on their end.

I was just at the surtera dispensary in Crestview Florida and had the best experience there was a young man named Tyler that waited on me and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
And I didn't feel like he was rushing me like some of the other dispensaries.
I will definitely tell my friends and family how helpful Tyler was.
