When I entered staples, an associate greeted me. I was looking for a laptop and printer. I was confused with the choices. She explained them to me and made my decision much easier for my needs. I would definitely recommend Staples to a friend.

I like this store. The atmosphere is always friendly. Ii was there for an item that was to be discontinuing or being sent back because of slow sales. The manager remembered that one of what I was looking for was possibly in the back getting ready to be shipped back. She went and found the item that I had needed very much, right away. ✅️

Disappointed that they do not carry individual ink cartridges for my printer. Had to purchase a multi pack. Prices have really increased as well.

RIPOFF!!! Since when are copiers set to color and you have to change settings for black? I've been printing here for a while. Never have I had to change the settings. Was told it's always been that way. I think staples has come up with a way to a little more money off if customers. Very disappointing. Didn't even offer to correct the bill.

Went to staples to make 6 copies. Charges came to more than 4.00. When I asked the young girl at the counter why she said that's the correct charge for color copies. I told her I didn't pick color. She told me the copiers are always set to color you have to change the settings to black. Since when?! I've been printing there for a while and have never had to change the settings. Looks like staples has come up with a way to make more money off of their customers. She didn't even offer to correct the bill. Very disappointed probably former customer.

Good selection of office products. Best place in Crestview to get office supplies. Little pricey but has a lot of copy options! Quick and professional! Also has chairs and office products.

This location is always clean, employees are customer friendly, make themselves available to assist customers and are very knowledgeable about the store's merchandise. If one cannot help, help will be found.
