“Elizabeth was more than helpful. I placed the reservation and minutes after I received a call from Elizabeth welcoming me to the property and inquiring if there was any additional help I needed. Upon arrival she was courteous and very patient with showing us around the lot and the unit we were getting. Definitely recommend for anyone of search of storage.”

“Had a climate controlled unit since 2019, was always clean staff friendly and helpful. Even got a call once to let us know it looked like someone had try to tamper with our lock , not sure anything actually happened but it was nice knowing they keep watch over the lot and units. Highly recommend using Prime Storage, only reason we no longer is because don't have the need for it anymore, we are home to stay!”

“Contacted Mr Brown about storing our trailer while we were in the process if moving. Scheduled date to bring it in and upon arrival we discovered one if the tires had blown on the trailer. The tire was completely gone and we were riding on the rim. Mr. Brown went out of his way to help us locate and replace the tire. We would highly recommend his facilities to everyone.”

“Secure, clean storage options. My unit is climate controlled, and always comfortable. The owners/staff are lovely people, who actually maintain and walk through the premises, to make sure all is as it should be. What was supposed to be a month or two of stashing my stuff has turned into years for me, and, I am very pleased I chose them. I feel my stuff is safe, and I have 24/7 access. I have not had any issues with dirt or insects with my stored belongings, which is HUGE. I highly recommend American Self Storage.”
